Seigneur, Grotte du

Smaller cave on the Mejannes-Le-Clap plateau. The name refers to the former inhabitant: the large cave bear. Throughout the cave you can see former nests on the floor (which look like craters) as well as scratches from the claws and traces of grinding on the sinter. For this reason, the cave is secret and camouflaged. It also has some impressive decoration - and lots of CO2!
