Nidlenloch

What to write about the Nidlenloch? Lost place? In France, this would be called an initiation speleo.
Located in the Solothurn Jura, it is one of the few caves in German-speaking Switzerland that you can simply enter. Almost, because the Nidlenloch is also closed, but you can get the key relatively easily at the Hinter Weissenstein restaurant for a small fee.
And then you can plunge into the approx. 7.5 km long and 400 m deep cave. Several smaller shafts, numerous labyrinths, nowhere really beautiful and nothing to destroy. But nowhere really ugly either.
Conclusion: ideal for gaining initial experience with children or beginners
